I can not receive any Outlook email for all of my actions on Jira

Hi all, I didn't receive any automatic email from Jira into Outlook for all of my actions on Jira. I did not change any seething and it's happened from this Wednesday. Please help!

Maybe you can check notification on your personal settings.

  1. From the top right of your screen, select Personal settings

  2. Under Notification settings in the side navigation select Projects and issues  

  3. Check if Receive email notifications for issue activity is on.

image.pngAlso possible all notification in your project is off (check the project notifications if have proper recipients.

FYI only Project administrator and Jira administrator can view the project notifications.
