I am trying to search for "client\ccproc.p" in my project, without success.

Forgive me I am new to JIRA.  My terminology may not be quite right.  I am attempting to search the entire project for any "card" that has "client\ccproc.p".  NO results are returned.  It seems like Jira does not like the "/" or "\".

backslash is a special character (which is used to escape special characters), so you gotta escape itself with itself like this:

"client\\ccproc.p" in a basic search and "client\\\ccproc.p" in advanced

maybe it's not in summary but in description or comment? then search with JQL for

text ~ "client\\ccproc.p"
