I am missing a card or contact in my current board as it disappeared

I have a team board with me and another agent. We have a kanban style board and one of the contacts is missing from the column. It is in the "Summary" section, but removed from "Board". How can I fix this please?

Hello @Doc Alvarez

First I'll provide some supporting information.

Columns on the board are mapped to Statuses that are assigned to the issues.

Status values are grouped into color coded Status Categories:

Category  Color
To Do  gray
In Progress  blue
Done  green

When a new status value is created the creator selects the Status Category from those above.

Statuses are typically arranged on the board so that the work progresses from left to right through status in the categories ordered as in the above table.

Now, looking at your board and the column/status you circled, the color indicates it is under the Done Status Category.

In Work Management projects, which is the type of project shown in your images, items in the statuses in the Done Status Category are automatically hidden from the board when they have been in that status for 14 or more days.

Was the issue transitioned to "20% Needs List (P)" status 14 or more days ago? If so, that explains why it is not on the board.

If you want to keep issues in that status displayed on the board for more than 14 days, you have two choices:

1. Change the Status Category for that Status to make it part of the gray or blue categories.

2. Change the status of the issue to a non-green status and then back to the green status to reset the 14 day clock.
