I can see that your email (the one you are using in Community) is related to only one Cloud site where you are the only user.
Since you mentioned “unable to access Jira for our group project”, I believe you are talking about another Jira and not fxxxxxxxi.atlassian.net, is that correct?
If that’s the case, it’s necessary to talk with the Jira administrator to make sure you have permissions in Jira, if your account is active and is part of jira-software-users group, that would allow you to view the tickets.
If possible, share with us the error you are facing when trying to access Jira.
