How you can add SLA clock to service desk customer on ticket reporter view

I need to my clients can see this time on the tickets they made, sla.png

Actually, looks like this, they don't have much information.

This is not available out of the box, although there is a feature request that you can watch and track  here: JSDCLOUD-325  

If you really need this, you may want to check out the Atlassian Marketplace for a workaround.
