How to write syntax for Script Listener to achieve status of ticket

I am writing script in the script listener to achieve 

1. Sending notification to the Assignee before 3days of due date, when issue is moved to specific transition.
2. Now i would like to achieve, when the issue is moved to the specific status, then user should receive status of the ticket with (Key. Summary and Assignee)

Please guide me how i can achieve this request. How to write a syntax for to get the status of the particular issue.
