How to update toast notifications?

I'm looking to remove toast notifications for updates/changes in Jira. These are the directions, but I don't see "Toast notifications" anywhere.

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the Jira interface.
  2. Select "Personal settings" from the dropdown menu.
  3. In the left-hand menu, click on "Notifications".
  4. Scroll down to the "Toast Notifications" section.
  5. Toggle the switch to the off position to disable toast notifications.
  6. Click the "Save changes" button to save your new notification settings.

Can someone show me exactly where this is?

PLEASE DO NOT WRITE BACK WITH MY EXACT DIRECTIONS I COPIED ABOVE. I am looking to hear from people who have actually tried this or can try this. I have spent over an hour trying to sort this out. Thank you.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

What do you mean by "toast notification"?  There's no toast in any of my personal settings (cloud or server)

Do you have an app providing these?  Or is it a mis-translation?
