Hi everyone,
Yesterday, someone from my company accessed my Jira project. We already had 10 users, so this person became number 11, and when he joined, it activated a free trial. Now I am on the Standard 14-DAY, NO-COST TRIAL.
I removed him and changed the user access settings to avoid this issue in the future. So now, as I understand it, I have two options: change the plan back to free or cancel the subscription. Which one should I choose to avoid accidentally removing all my projects and continue with my free plan as before?
Hi Ben, I think the choice is up to you. I could be wrong, but content isn't going to be affected because of licensing (as long as you don't go out of bounds by uploading over 2GB of stuff or anything that comes with Std license). We switched back and forth from the Free to the Standard to try it for a bit while we were trying to figure out users and such, and it didn't affect content.
Hope that helps
I mean I just want to know how to go back to free plan without causing any issues to my projects. If I remember correctly, it’s been written that if you switch a plan the data will be removed.
