How to set-up email notification [Incoming+Outgoing mail] in Jira cloud?

Hello,

We already have the email notification setup in our Jira on-prem. However, I want this configuration on Jira cloud.

How do i setup incoming mail/Outgoing mail for Jira cloud? This is for test purpose.

Thank you

To send outgoing mail in Jira Cloud, you can:
  1. Click the Cog icon, then System, then Outgoing Mail
  2. Select the Outgoing Mail tab on the left side of the page
  3. Click the "Send a Test Email" link in the Operations column

To send incoming mail in Jira Cloud, you can:
  1. Click System, then Mail, then Incoming Mail
  2. Select Project settings, then Email requests
  3. Select Add an email address

Hope this helps.

Thanks
