How to provide commas in JEMH

How to provide comma related values in Jira Email handler

1 answer

Hi Khushboo,

"How to provide comma related values in Jira Email handler"

This question is fairly vague as JEMH is a complex and has multiple fields which support CSV values as a text input. What exactly are you trying to achieve?

Assuming this is related to using CSV input parameters to drive issue creation with  from an inbound email, then JEMH has Field Processors which help drive issue creation. The specific CSV Field Processor to cover this requirement is as described here: https://thepluginpeople.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/JEMH/pages/2850867/JEMH+Mail+Field+Processors  under the CSV Field Processor header

JEMH has a customer support portal for more specific assistance from their support team
https://thepluginpeople.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1

Please provide the information your exact configuration if you create a support ticket:

  • Jira version
  • JEMH version
  • A description of your requirement
