Hi folks
The wish would be to implement an email forwarding of Jira notifications to an email address different from the login.
Reason: external users have to log in with an internal company email of our company - but wish to receive the Jira notifications to their external email
Thanks for any suggestions/ideas on how to implement this in a meaningful way?
Thanks and greetings
Reiner
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
What user directory are you using for your Cloud system? Is it Atlassian accounts, Google accounts, or Atlassian Access?
Jira can only ever send email to the address associated with the account that the user is using, but you can play tricks with a couple of those options.
