Before, I could select a status such as "Cannot reproduce" "Duplicate" "Done" when I re-open/resolve/close any issues. Now this pop upi does not appear, gone. Any idea to make it re-appear again? Thanks!

Do you have Jira Admin Privileges. If Yes. Go to
1)Project Settings
2) Workflows
3) select the workflow, where you missing "Resolutions " .
4) Edit
5) Select the Transition which are connected with "Done"
6) place Resolution Screen
7) Publish Workflow

is it possible to show in the public comment what you put in resolution screen?

Someone has modified the workflow or associated a new workflow with the Issuetype. You can edit the workflow and add a screen that has the resolution. Also add a Validator to require that the Resolution field is set. You do both of these on the transition(s) to your done status. Be sure to clear the Resolution field on any reopen transition.
