Hello Team,
I have created an automation rule and this needs to be triggered when an attachment is added either from the creation of a ticket or when the attachment is added into the comment section.
Adding attachment when creating a ticket is working fine. I just need help on the part where to enable a trigger when an attachment in added into a ticket.
Kindly help me on this one.

Try using the Field Value Changed trigger and use the Attachment field.
