How to get old resolved (not closed) issues to always show on new Kanban

Eugene Dementiev February 26, 2020

In our flow we have a Testing column that shows all resolved issues that have not been closed.

Since some recent Jira Cloud update, this column has started saying "We're only showing recently modified issues." and now we are required to click on the magnifying glass icon which opens up an advanced search with a filter. We don't like this change and want to see all issues that have not been closed in this column as we used to, but  we can't find a way to do it.

Anyone has any ideas please?

Thanks

Hello @Eugene Dementiev ,

Please contact the board administrator to modify the following configuration

  • board settings
  • General

Great! That's exactly what we needed (we hide old closed issues by the board filter query).

Thanks!

Hooray! This has been driving me crazy - I kept double-checking that my board filter was correct (it was) but never noticed that "only showing recently modified" note at the bottom.

Thank you for saving my sanity @Ollie Guan! 😃
