What I'm ultimately trying to achieve is an analysis of the ratio of average issues/organization in each time zone we have customers in. The time zone information is saved in our Atlas CRM. Next level would be to do the same thing for different time periods so I can see the trend over time.
I would rather not have to manually do the queries for over 100 customer organizations then collate the data so I can analyze it.
