Hi Team
In one of my JIRA project of the organization we have more than 1900 JIRA issues. Until now i was extracting the Issues based on the ascending order of the key and followed by descending order and merging both the excels[csw].
But once the JIRA issues cross 2000 not sure how to extract the entire list. Can anyone helpout if there is a workaround.
Also is there a way where I can extract more than 1000 JIRA Issues at one go.
Thanks in Advance.
Regards
Giri
Hi @Giri Prasad,
It isn't possible to export more than 1000 issues using the export to excel feature. There was a feature request for that - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-25493 - but it has been closed as won't do.
From this doc - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/increase-issue-limit-for-excel-exports-in-jira-cloud-779160811.html - you can find some guidance.
Best regards,
Eduardo

Hi Giri,
If you get the free add-on called "Jira Cloud for Excel (official)" you will be able to export more than 1,000 records to Excel. There is also natively built in the function to open in Google Sheets.
And there are many other marketplace apps for Excel.
