How to export incomplete sub-tasks (with all it's contents) from a story while marking it as done?

Currently, in sprints, we add sub-tasks under a story. And if all sub-tasks under a story are not completed then a story doesn't get completed. I want to know the steps of exporting the incomplete sub-tasks to other sprints without moving the whole story. TIA.

Sub-tasks cannot "move sprints".  A sub-task can only said to be in a sprint when its parent issue is in the sprint.  The sub-task is a part of an issue, not a separate entity.

To "move a sub task into another sprint", you have to move its containing issue into the sprint.

So when the subtasks of the story is not completed, then the story is not actually completed and delivered right.. So why would you export only subtasks to next sprints with out the story?
