Hi,

Every day everyone in my company gets an email for one of our previous sprints (Sprint 3) where all the issues of that sprint are listed. We closed the sprint long ago and the email serves no real value to the team and clutters their inbox. The email comes with the subject "[JIRA] Subscription: Sprint 3"

I can't find an option to disable it for myself and the entire team. It would be beneficial if someone could guide me on why this is happening and how to resolve it.

Thanks.

Hi @Baseer Siraj and welcome to the Community!

This is very likely a filter subscription that was set up by someone in your organization. To find that subscription (and turn it off), you will need to locate the filter, which is most likely called Sprint 3.

Navigate to Filters > view all filters and locate the filter. Then click the 3 dots next to the filter name in the table and select Manage subscriptions:

You should be able to locate and remove the subscription there.

On a side note: it is possible that you are not the owner of the filter and may find that you cannot edit its settings because of that. In that case either contact the original owner of the filter and ask him/her to remove the subscription for you. Or - if you are an administrator - use the Change owner function to transfer ownership to you and make the update yourself.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Baseer Siraj welcome to the community.  Follow what @Walter Buggenhout has laid out and you should be fine.  It is a Email Subscription.
