We purchase Jira and Confluence through a reseller. This arrangement was made when we purchased training and building of our setup with them.
However, now they charge us monthly for services we can get for free from Atlassian and provide absolutely no support whatsoever. At what they charge us, we can get the service from Atlassian along with their support.
How can we say goodbye to our reseller and simply buy from Atlassian directly, without having to create a whole new account?

Atlassian Jira and Confluence cloud variant having 2 types of billing.
one is monthly billing , and one is yearly billing.
if you are under monthly billing , the reseller may be correct.
if you find any differences in charges , it's up to you. as they offering you support also, that's why there may a slight increase in pricing.
