How to customize the card?

I'm using Kanban, based on a team-managed workflow project.

But I couldn't find how to add details to the card view. I saw that it's possible using the Scrum system, but it's not what I'm using

Customizing the fields that display on cards in a Team Managed project is not currently available. Vote for and add your comments to this issue in the Atlassian backlog.

My project is managed by the company, is it not possible to change the display card?

Check the bottom of the navigation pane on the left. Does it say Company Managed or Team Managed?

If it says Team Managed, you cannot customize the card display.

If it says Company Managed, you can customize the card display.

It is written managed by the company, but I couldn't find where to customize the card.

If it is a company managed project then you would access card customization for the board by navigating to Board Settings under the ... button in the upper right corner of the board.

Then select Card Layout

That is the location where you can customize the fields that display on the cards in the Backlog screen (if you are using that in your Kanban board) and on the board itself.

These options will be available only if you are an Administrator for the Kanban board.

My project is not an option, it is very strange.
I am the administrator of Kanban and the organization, I have all permissions.

I see the issue now. You have created a Work Management/Business project, as shown at the top of the navigation pane on the left, directly below where it says "Mercedes Full". Those types of projects do not provide the feature for customizing cards. That is available only in Company Managed Software projects.

I understand, but I don't see much sense in not allowing the admin to change the card layout in these types of projects, it should be allowed in all types of projects. Customization options never hurt.

I have not yet found a change request for that in Atlassian's backlog. If you would like to ask for one to be opened, you should reach out to Atlassian support directly.
