Hello @baqir.ali

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Jira does not natively provide a method to query for the amount a time a user has logged during a given time period.

Are you willing to consider getting a third party app to achieve your requirement?

which third party plugin can help?

Hello @baqir.ali

You can take a look at Clockwork to provide you with the functionality you need.

Clockwork provides you with the ability to view the comprehensive Timesheet of all users and also allows you to filter users who have tracked hours less or more than the set working hours.

Clockwork further allows you to send emails to this individual reminding them to track the necessary time before Timesheet is due.

Please see more details here.

Actually it will not work, because I want to trigger email by JIRA automation, the reason behind that it will be difficult to manage manually who didn't log work. In "clock work" there is no option of scheduling an email.
