How to configure, which child item type is to be created?

By default when parent item is created, I have an option from the issue to create child item (currently sub task).

Feature is ok, but I would like to decide type of child item will be created. For example when I have created user need type of issue then child would be user requirement. Can I configure this in somewhere ? Examples would be nice.

When you click create, it will ask you what type of sub-task you want to create, offering a drop-down if there are more than one type of sub-task enabled in the project.

If you are in a team-managed project, you do not get asked - there's currently only one sub-task type available, there's nothing to choose from.

Yes, it's team-managed so it is what it is. Thx from the reply.
