How to change the security level

How can I change the security level on the ticket

We have created two security level groups: Internal Expert Group and External Expert Group.

I want to change the group at security level.

 

Our default security level is internal expert group.

Hi @Anthony ,

To change the security level of ticket, you should have "Set Issue Security" Permission in your project's permission scheme,, If I'm not wrong

We have already set up Issue Security..

 

I mean, I want to change the Security Level Group to another Group.

Is there a way?

HI @Anthony 

You can change it but you should be part of that security level group.

To change it you can edit the ticket and change it.
