How do i change the owner of the projects to the second admin?
to change the project lead for JIRA server
Project Settings > Users and roles > Edit Defaults (link on upper right hand side)you will get a pop-up and can change the Project Lead there

Project owner ..you mean to say..project lead/admin in jira?
she was the admin - created some of the projects and currently still on her name
Okay .. you can change it to navigating through the respective project setting --> details.
on the project details page at the bottom, you can find the project lead and change it.
Thanks i have changed all projects leads on active projects
The issue i am experiencing now is on a kanban board - cannot change the owner
the owner you see there is who owns the board filter
you can change filter owners here
System > Shared Filters
search for the filter and use the action wheel to change owner
This has helped - manged to change the owners of all relative boards my side
