I am confused by what you ask: wouldn't a "Dev estimate" come from the developers doing the work?

The Estimate field is the sum of into 2 estimate fields: Dev Estimate and Analyst Estimate.
Estimate field = Dev Estimate + Analyst Estimate ( e.g. 5 (est) = 2 (dev) + 3 (analyst) in the unit of hour) for every sprint created at that period time.
