Hi @Man Dao -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I am confused by what you ask: wouldn't a "Dev estimate" come from the developers doing the work?

If you mean something else, would you please clarify and provide more details?  Thanks!

Kind regards,
Bill

The Estimate field is the sum of into 2 estimate fields: Dev Estimate and Analyst Estimate.

Estimate field = Dev Estimate + Analyst Estimate ( e.g. 5 (est) = 2 (dev) + 3 (analyst) in the unit of hour) for every sprint created at that period time.

That explanation seems to indicate you already have the Dev Estimate field.

Are you trying to find some other value?

We want to create a report how many hours had been logged for every sprint completion.

Although there is no custom reporting tool in Jira Cloud, you could do what you ask in several ways:

  • Create a saved filter with your field, and then either subscribe to the filter or export the results to sum them
  • Create an automation rule, triggered on sprint completion, to sum the results and send them via email or message
  • Create a dashboard using a gadget to rollup the results
  • Investigate marketplace addons with improved reporting
  • Investigate marketplace addons which extend the capabilities of JQL, allowing summed fields
  • Use the Google Sheets or Excel addins to create the report
  • and so on...
