I use the following structure to describe my project.
Epic for a big initiative.
Stories which are part of an epic. A story will describe a specific use case.
And tasks which are marked as "blocking" the story. ( I don't like sub tasks)
When I create a pivot report I would like to see my epics in the top level, and the tasks underneath, while having the story in the field "blocks". This was I can see all tickets in an epic, and see the story they relates to.
First of all, is this the right way to go? any better way?
Second, this is not working well from a very "stupid" reason. The "block" field is too small, so I can't see the title of the story. And I can't resize it. Any way to solve this?
Thanks!
