How to add custom field value in email?

Hi There, 

I'm trying to show a custom field value in my automation email, but it didn't work. I received the email but there's no value in it.  

Could you please let me know what did I do wrong?

Custom filed name "Personal Email". 

I'd like to show "test@a.com" in the email.

Could you please try field value by using {{ issue.customfield_10132.value}}
