I want to create ticket's using emails. How can i use email ticketing?
Hi @Vaibhav Wable ,
This document may help you to set this up:
For more details:
1) Go to Jira settings-> System
2) Select 'incoming email' and create a new one mail handler:
3) Select a POP/IMAP server (in my example I'm using the default one which corresponds to a specific email address indicated in the POP/IMAP server section)
4) Send an email to that address:
5) And the ticket is created!

@Mark Newell did you ever find a resolution to this Socks: TTL expired error? Same issue for me a couple years later.
