How do i configure multiple projects in a single board under JIRA design

Hi Team,

In our company runs currently N-number of different projects. Besides that, we have  different teams working (backend, front-end, design, marketing, animations, video, management, content) using Jira software for Sprints, Users Stories, Epics, Tasks, Bugs.

We are expecting High-Level view for the all projects created in Jira that will display in dashboard to see the complete Matrices information. 

When i was searching for the plugin which will help my use case and i found info about "earlybird - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/early-bird-planner-prod/cloud/overview"

I see this update "This app is hidden from public view because it no longer meets the requirements for Atlassian Marketplace."

So please suggest any other plugin available for my requirement. 

Is this possible? I would appreciate step by step explanation.

You can create a separate kanban board and include any and all projects in that board. Example filter - project in a,b,c,d,e). For the columns just pick something that works for you, e.g. to do, in progress, done, and Matt all statuses to the appropriate columns. Finally you would likely want to create this board with the Location set to your profile and use “add item” in the sidebar of any projects where you want this presented.

How do i view the cumulative reports for the multiple projects in Jira in High-Level organization understanding where are we stands in terms of performance review etc.,

Hello Jack. I have a question regarding this topic, as well. Maybe you can help me with this.

I am responsible for the QA department at my company. Since the resources for QA are low, I need to have all the Sprints for all Tribes Boards in one single place, so the PM's can prioritize the ones that my team can take (I have QA capacity in SP per Sprint) and have them visible for us. So we can know what tickets we will QA for the Sprint. Any inputs are more than welcome. Thank you.
