Today we have a new Jira view - which is missing critical information. While there is a link at the top to review the old page - it is not universal. The instructions to revert back to the old view do not work. Under Profile and Settings there is no option to revert back to the original view. As the Ops Manager, the missing features now require extra time adding to my day.

I have no idea what this link does. It also says I do no have an account. However, I found the problem myself - Jira Labs. It was turned on - by turning it off the original screen is now universal. I informed the company with most of us turning it off.
