How do I revert back to the old "look"? I can no longer easily access my team's kanban boards, so I need my old view to avoid a bunch of unnecessary navigation for our boards.

Hi Laura,
By "old view/look" do you mean for issues or navigation?
For issues:
1. Click on your avatar and select Personal Settings
2. Scroll about 3/4 of the way down on the page to the section called Jira Labs
3. Simply toggle off (or on) the New Jira Issue View
