How do I rank stories in the Backlog by priority per person?

When in the Backlog, how would I sort a person's cards when only viewing cards assigned to that person so they know what they need to work on first.

Currently when I try moving a card up or down, I get the following:

Then when I click on "filter configuration" I just see this:

Not sure how to change the settings and where. 

Currently our Backlog is sorted numerically per the card number.

@vildana_ermaya - if you adjust your board's filter to sort by Rank ascending (ORDER BY RANK ASC), you'll be able to drag cards around to sort them manually.

There will be no automatic sort options.
