Hello,
I'm trying to find out when someone has changed the issue from unassigned to assigned. I attempted to modify the 'first_answer' field, but it didn't work. Then, I used the endpoint:
"{company}/rest/api/{version}/issue/{key}/changelog"
However, I only received the correct results in some cases; most of them returned NULL/NONE. Does anyone know how I can configure the SLA (first answer) or which endpoint I can use to obtain this information? Please.
@Ana Clara do Prado da Silva Coelho,
Welcome! Are you trying to just be alerted when someone changes an issue from unassigned to assigned? What exactly is the end goal?
Thanks,
Kian
Hi, @Kian Stack Mumo Systems
Thank you for your response.
I need to extract this timestamp so that I can populate a column in my main table. I attempted to use the changelog endpoint, but I was only able to retrieve a few pieces of data; most of it came back null.
Additionally, I noticed that my 'first_answer' field has the same value as the 'resolve_date.' Because of this, I am unable to use this field.
I alredy tried to reconfigure this first_aswer field, but doesn't worked

What do you mean by "main table"?

It's a table where I input the data extracted from the API, which the team uses for analysis.

You could write an automation that will set a custom datetime field to {{now}} when the assignee ids changed from unassigned to assigned.
Then you can get the value out of that field using a rest API.
