How do I get to the Reports? I can't see the Icon. Edited

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When using Software projects you can find the reports on the left sidebar.

If it's a Classic project, it's enabled by default, so go to the project and click on Reports.

If you are using a Next-gen project, it's necessary to enable it. So please, go to Project settings > Features and enable Reports.

After that, it will show on the left sidebar as well:
