How can you filter dependent linked stories where the lined story key starts wtih a string

Want to display (list) linked dependent  where the linked story key starts with a string (ex: "ABCD-" and see those 

NOTE: seems like you can't use the tilde in a key field, so...

OR where the dependent linked story contains or starts with "ABCD-" which is the beginning of the key for the parent story.

I'm new to Jira queries so this may be a little scattered.

Why not use the project key instead?
