How can I stop the trial period of a paid app?

I'm trying a paid application. I'm currently in a trial period. I want to stop the trial and disable the application, but even though I am the site administrator, "Personal notes for JIRA is a paid app, so you need to be a site administrator to stop a trial. To continue, contact your site administrator for assistance." I'm getting a warning. There is no user with authority higher than mine. How do I uninstall the program?
