How can I setup a project with the initial project setup wizard?

When you create your first project when first setting up JIRA, you get to use this wizard, which allows you to specify a project key. After you have created your first project and try to create another one, the project wizard does not allow you to specify the project key and you must edit it later. But this causes a mismatch between the project and board naming.

Is there a way to access the initial project setup wizard after the first time?

Thanks.

I figured out a workaround- Instead of starting a new project, click into any existing board then click on the ellipsis in the upper right hand corner, then click create board.

Select either Create a Scrum board or Create a Kanban board. Choose the first option: Board created with new Software project.

Now you can create a new project with the full wizard that allows you to choose a project key and project lead...
