How can I retro-actively add an existing board to a multi-project Board

Hi,

I am creating an overall Master-Kanban board (to rule them all) ;).

Now when new rollout projects are created, I need to add them to the Master-Kanban.

As an example in the screenshot, I have 2 projects in my current board, now I want to add a new one. Unfortunately, I cant find the respective setting anywhere. How can I do that?

Hi @Kai welcome to the community.  You can add it to the filter query for the board
Ex: project in (a,b,c,d)

Thanks Craig!

Let's see if some functionality is different with the two ways, but so far I didnt experience any

Hi @Craig Nodwell

thanks for the quick answer, seems to work!

Just to double-check. If I add the projects via filter as you proposed, they dont show up under the "Shares" Section in the board settings.

(In contrast if I create a new board and select the other projects in the setup).

Does this somehow impact / limit the functionality?

Thanks!

Kai

Hi @Kai as far as I'm aware you'll lose no functionality.  Someone else might want to weigh in here if they know something I don't.
