Hello,

I wanted to export one project from one JIRA cloud instance to another JIRA cloud instance.

I found this article here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Migrate-one-JIRA-project-to-other-JIRA-instance/qaq-p/345601

Now I tried to follow the steps to install the add-on https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211147/project-configurator-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview&_ga=2.264978250.499323038.1547470200-1146702042.1529581023 .

The problem is, that I can't even see the add-on sections.

For me it's standing "APPS" there. If I try to add this app, I don't find the "project configurator for JIRS"-App in the listings.

Can you please help me and send me a tutorial how I can export and import ?

Thanks in advance,

best regards,

Katarina

That app is only for Server/DC Jira installations, not Cloud.

For Cloud, you have to download the whole system, merge and re-upload the resulting data set if you want to do a complete merge, or configure your project manually and import the issues from CSV.

It seems there is no project import currently available for Cloud instances.  As mentioned above, you can download both, merge, and upload to Cloud again.  See here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-merge-two-different-jira-cloud-applications-together-779160767.html
