We are currently using the Manage Engine Helpdesk tool, and I am trying to make the tickets coming into my particular queue show up in our Jira Kanban board as tasks.
Could anyone help me do this?

Are you using JIRA Cloud or JIRA Server/Data Center?
Have you already following the documentation from ManageEngine to integrate it with your JIRA instance? Are issues being created in JIRA already that mirror the instances in your Manage Engine helpdesk?
