How can I import this project from Jira Cloud free to another Jira Cloud

My free demo expired, I need to take the project data that I had there, to the Jira Cloud server that my company has. 

Is there any way to extract that information without getting the plan in the free trial?

can you, as an admin, still access the free instance? What do you see when attempting to do so? Assuming you can access the instance then I would do an export of the issues and simply import them into your other instance into a new or existing project.

If you cannot access the instance you need to reach out to Atlassian support and select the billing option.
