We are currently setting up our standard templates for everything to work off of. We have a project template set up which works fine, we can copy the settings, everything is great. We then need to create a new kanban board based on the workflow we've set up. We have a workflow created, the problem is when we make a new board for the project, it just makes it based on some other workflow. We switch it over, but then the new columns we've set up aren't in there, and then they have to be manually added after switching it over.
Is there some way to make this the default workflow, and is it possible to somehow set up the swim lanes as a default that is also automatically applied?

Is this a Company-managed or Team-managed project? If Company-managed, then the columns are going to be based on statuses used by the workflow associated with the Filter. So if you have different workflows based on different issue types, then create your board based on that filter for that issue type.
