How can I get timesheet in Dashboard

Peterzhu February 20, 2024

I've already enabled time tracking on "Story", but i can't find the gadget which can help me understand how much time each member spent in last sprint. Such as a timesheet as follows, how can i get such a report?

 Employee Name |    Time Spent

 Employee A         |   2h 5m

 Employee B         |   1h 51m

Hi @Peterzhu

Welcome to the community !!

If you would be interested in a mktplace app to get this data, you can try the add-on we have developed. You can easily view time entries by multiple resources in a single view.

Worklogs Time Tracking & Timesheets

The app allows to filter/Categorize/Group By your worklogs data and a timesheet view too to track individual time spent.

Thanks @Nikola Perisic for prompt response, however this is not what i expected as 2-dimentional statistics can only show count where i want a time summary.

Welcome to the community @Peterzhu !

This would be possible using the two dimensional statistic. BUT, the field of Time tracking is not available on neither the X and Y axis.

The JQL query would be:

You wold save this JQL query as a filter, so you can use it as the gadget.

However, this is limited without time tracking showing, and also no custom field cannot be created that would show the time.
