We already have an integration with Freshdesk. If I open any Jira ticket I can find the Freshdesk Support ticket details from the web page as shown below.
However I am unable to get the details through REST API(/rest/api/3/issue & /rest/api/3/search API). If I want the FreshDesk TicketId & Subject as part of my REST API response do I have to map those against any custom fields first? Please advice.
