HI.
I'm having a weird issue. I"m getting calls advising that some users are being asked for a username/password to log into our helpdesk. When they provide their credentials, the screen just goes back to "enter credentials"
They are still on the customer list as users but can't open a ticket.
I have tried deleting the users in the customer list and re-adding them, but then I get a message that they are already users and can't be re-added.
So, their credentials to enter the helpdesk don't work (they usually can click right on it and it opens, no credentials needed. I check the customer list and they are listed as a user. I delete them in the hopes of regenerating the email but when I try to send them another invitation to access JIRA, it says they are currently a user.
I'm missing something, but not being a JIRA expert, I'm not sure what. Can anyone help?
