Hello, i faced a problem with Jira License related to X-ray

"Invalid license: Your license subscription is ended. Please renew your Xray license"

Anybody faced this prolem before? and what we can do to complete our activities on Jira normally as all the test cases and test plans dissapeared

It sounds like you were on a trial license for Xray which has expired (they're normally 30 days).  You should be able to buy a license renewal if you're an admin and go to the "Apps->Manage Apps" menu items on the navigation bar.

Okay, the X-ray license expired and we requested the renewal however, should we renew the jira license as well or not?

If you're on a trial on Cloud, Jira Cloud Standard trials expire in 14 days.  Jira Cloud Premium trials expire in 30 days.  When they expire, if you are below 10 users, you drop to the Free plan.

If you're on a trial for Data Center, that expires in 30 days and you have to ask for another trial license (I don't know how many trials you can go through) or use a paid Data Center license.  Note that paid Data Center licenses start at 500 users.

Thank you for your reply. We already purchased a paid data center license for 1 year, along with a paid X-ray license for 1 year. However, both licenses expired 4 days ago, and we received a notification stating that the "X-ray license expired." The question here is whether we should renew both the data center license and the X-ray license, or if it is sufficient to renew the X-ray license only. I came across a post on the Atlassian community stating that the data center license is perpetual. Could you please advise us on this matter?

According to the FAQ, Data Center licenses ARE NOT PERPETUAL.  After the term expires you need to purchase a new subscription.

I think you need to renew both.
