Hello,I have a question regarding to sub task view in active board

i have a story which contain many sub-tasks.

when i open active board i see only the main story.

i need to watch all sub tasks in the board too

i mean the option of group by sub task are work but i don't like to separate each task like that

• is this a Company or Team managed project (look in lower left corner)
• is this a Kanban or Scrum board?

What is selected in the Group by filter at the top? My guess is that it may be none. Can you try subtask?

welcome to the Atlassian Community.

This could be caused by several conditions and without knowing/seeing any details it‘s hard to analyze.

My first guess would be to check the board configuration and mapped status. If your Sub-Task workflow differs from your Story workflow you also have to map the Sub-Task status to the columns in your board.

If this doesn‘t solve your problem please add further details and screenshots (board, workflows, …). Please also add other details like „what kind of project is it?“ (company or team managed), „which template is used?“ (scrum/kanban?)

i try to check the board configuration and there is no problem .

another guess (as we can‘t see all the information mentioned in a previous post):

The Subtask are in the backlog (which would be correct as this is in general is the status after the create). Even if the story is already moved to the sprint the subtask don‘t move automatically.

So please check your Backlog.

no i check and the sub task are belong to the same sprint of its parent issue.
