Jira Cloud has Automation enabled automatically. You can just go to a project or the global Admin -> System, and you'll find the links to automations for setting them up.

I am not sure why you are shouting 😅 - but there is nothing you need to do to enable automation for Jira in the cloud. It is just there.
You can either start building automation rules in a single project - you can find them in Project Settings > Automation. Or if you are an administrator, you can even build global automation rules that span multiple projects. You can start doing so from Jira Settings > System > Global automation.
For inspiration, you may check out the Jira automation template library as well.
