HELP ME!!! LDAP INTEGRATION IN " JIRA SERVER WINDOWS INSTANCE" --below error

Edited

Configure LDAP User Directory !!!!please help me

The settings below configure an LDAP directory which will be regularly synchronised with JIRA. Contact your server administrator to find out the required settings for your LDAP server.

Connection test failed. Response from the server:
freshmarket.com:389; nested exception is javax.naming.CommunicationException: freshmarket.com:389 [Root exception is java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out]
It could not be determined whether you chose to save or test. Please try again.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This is a simple "service not responding" error.  Either your Jira server cannot reach it over your network (check firewalls and routing) or the service is not running on the location and port you have given Jira (possibly both)

Hi Chaitanya,

Based on the details provided, most probably it is a network connectivity error.  Please check the network connectivity with the LDAP server to your local instance where you have setup Confluence.
