Granting Edit Access to a Filter

I manage a Sprint board along with another member of the team and we would like to have the filter query editable by another user to we can both make changes.  This other user is already a Project Admin on the project.  As of now I created the filter query so I can make changes but this other user can only Save As a new search and not overwrite the existing Filter.  I tried editing the Filter access from 'view all filters' but this pop-up did not have ability to add editors only those that can see the Filter.

Hello Jeff,

A shared filter can only be edited by the shared filter's owner. The owner of a shared filter can only modify that filter's shares and search criteria too.
